Classes & Timetable
We have 4 different class types, 35 classes over 7 days, over 15 hours of supervised open gym time and unsupervised open gym access between 4am and 10pm 365 days per year.
Specially designed classes that you won't find anywhere else combining all of the best chosen aspects from the most beneficial types of training for your strength, fitness, mobility and health.
