The Plan That Rebuilt My Confidence
(and My Game)
Six knee reconstructions had quietly stolen Margaret’s confidence. She'd stopped letting herself believe she'd play netball again…and had started making peace with that.
She found Reforge and Mvmt Hub. They listened, built a program around her actual life, and kept showing up to hold her accountable.
She can hop, pivot, and jump again. She's back on court stronger than before any of the surgeries.
She's also doing Hyrox and triathlons now. She didn't see that coming either.

Still in the game
Years of WAFL football left Trinity with the competitive drive intact but the body showing its history. Moving suburbs with three kids in tow, he needed a gym that could work with both — not just push him harder.
He found us online, sent an email, and we started with a conversation before anything else.
Assessment, goal setting, a personalised mobility plan. Nothing flashy, just work targeted at what years of football-specific training had locked down.
Movements that were off limits started opening up. The confidence to push pace again came back with them.
He's now scratching that competitive itch, just smarter about it now and with his kids getting front row seats.
The Come Back
Repeated back injuries from poor coaching had knocked Britt's confidence and put her firefighting career at risk. Another gym felt like another gamble she couldn't afford to take.
Regular Hub members kept nudging her from the cafe next door. She finally gave in and tried a free class, half expecting it to be like everywhere else.
It wasn't. We listened, looked at what was actually going on, and built her a progression plan around her. Not a generic program.
The pain stopped. Then the energy came back. Then she started enjoying training again, which she hadn't expected at all.
Three years on, zero back injuries, firefighter physical passed, and she's now competing in CrossFit. She came in cautious and now she's leaving the rest of us on the floor.
Fitter second time around
New city, two kids under three, a baby who wasn't sleeping. Kelly had done CrossFit for years and knew what she wanted to get back to, she just needed someone who understood that life looked very different right now.
She wasn't looking for someone to push her to break. She was looking for someone she could trust.
We sat down, listened, and built something that worked around her, the chaos, the schedules, the exhaustion and all. Regular check-ins, a prehab plan, and a team that knew when to push and when to pull back.
Six months in, twelve months postpartum and she's back to 95% of her previous lifts.
She did the hard part. We just made sure she got the support and guidance she needed.
