Meet Jason | Owner & Head Coach

Jason is a Sport Scientist and Exercise Physiologist with extensive experience in both performance and rehabilitation. Holding AWF Level 1 & 2 and CrossFit-L2 certifications, he brings a specialist focus on safe movement, injury prevention, and effective rehab.

Whether you’re rebuilding strength, returning from injury, or aiming for peak athletic performance, Jason’s tailored approach ensures you move well, recover stronger, and achieve lasting results.
