Nutrition Coach

Nicole is our Resident Nutrition Specialist offering Private track nutrition plans whilst coaching CrossFit classes, our Kids Class and Personal Training. -
Gabi
Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness
CrossFit Level 1
AWF Level 1
Gabi is our Crossfit and Weightlifting athlete having spent the last 5 years competing in many Rx & Olympic Lifting Events, most recently taking Bronze in Weightlifting at the Australian Nationals 2023.
Using that knowledge and experience Gabi coaches CrossFit Classes and offers Personal Training to any and all fitness levels -
Ashleigh
Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Neuro-Conditioning Specialist (NDIS Registered)
Ashleigh is both our Womens health and Chronic and Complex specialist. She offers Personal Training and Medicare/Private Health Rebated Sessions for those in need of more personalised training. *Dependent on Government health schemes and Private Health Cover
