CrossFit is known for its variety of movements, from Olympic weightlifitng to gymnastics, performed at a high-intensity, but that doesn't mean you should dive headfirst into complex movements from day one. Did you know that most people starting a new training program injure themselves within the first 6 months? Begin with the basics and prioritise proper form over lifting heavy or fast. This foundation will not only prevent injuries but also improve your overall strength and coordination, forming the building blocks for more advanced workouts.

Consistency is Key:

Unfortunately things don’t happen overnight! Stay the course! True physiological changes take at least 3 months to occur, anything prior to that is your mind and body getting better acquainted together.

Listen to Your Body:

One of the key principles in any fitness journey, especially in CrossFit, is to pay attention to your body. Push yourself, but know your limits. CrossFit workouts can be intense, so it's crucial to differentiate between the discomfort of a challenging workout and the pain of potential injury.
